Clint is an Australian entrepreneur with extensive global experience in business, horticulture, and marketing. Clint has worked for some of the largest retailers in the world, including Coles Australia and Walmart China. Based in California, Clint consults and works with some of the largest horticulture companies in Australia, China, and the USA. Clint's focus with Neulua is cultivating and establishing International trade and export opportunities for Papua New Guinea products.

Anthony has extensive fresh produce experience both locally and internationally having spent 7 years working for Woolworths Australia in the perishable supply chain before moving back home to Bougainville to take over Arawa Fresh Produce (AFP) 5 years ago. AFP is a cocoa and copra aggregator in Bougainville. Anthony grew up in Goroka on a Coffee plantation and processing mill where his father was the GM of a landowner-owned coffee export company.

Tarosi has a long-standing career in underground mining in Australia, but his love for PNG bought him home. Tarosi has spent the last 4.5 years working with the people in his village in the Sepik region to help improve the Vanilla harvest. His experience in the Sepik region is not limited to local training in quality control, growing techniques, and facilitating transportation to local markets, Australia and South-East Asia.
